Including date at Dorchester, Corn Exchange

Following the success of their stripped-back trio shows, Ferocious Dog return with a full-band acoustic set for 15 unmissable dates across the UK. Nottinghamshire’s own folk-punk ensemble, Ferocious Dog, are set to bring their renowned energy and passion to stages across the UK with their “Running With The Hounds” acoustic tour. This 15-date journey marks a significant evolution from their recent trio performances, bringing the full band’s energy to an intimate acoustic setting.

Known for their compelling blend of Celtic rhythms and punk fervour, Ferocious Dog has cultivated a dedicated following, affectionately known as the Hell Hounds. Their live performances are celebrated for their raw energy and communal atmosphere. As noted by Left Lion, the band delivers “a whirlwind hour-and-a-half of gypsy, folk and pop-punk influenced stompers.” The band’s impressive resume includes performances at major festivals such as Wacken, Bearded Theory, Glastonbury, and Beautiful Days. Their relentless touring and dynamic stage presence have solidified their reputation as a formidable live act.

In 2021, Ferocious Dog released The Hope, an album that resonated deeply with fans and critics alike. The album debuted at Number One on the Official UK & Ireland Folk Album Charts and secured the 31st spot on the National Album Charts, underscoring the band’s growing prominence in the folk-punk scene. Reflecting on their unique connection with audiences, London Celtic Punks observed, “I don’t know of any other band who connects with their fans like Ferocious Dog do.”

The “Running with the Hounds” tour promises to deliver the band’s signature high-energy performances in a fresh acoustic format, offering both longtime fans and newcomers an unforgettable live music experience.
