Sons of Liberty are thrilled to release their special “The Details is in the Devil” EP September 27. A limited edition CD only 6 track collection of recent hit singles featuring 2 unreleased and as yet unheard songs which is a must-have for all Sons fans, available to buy direct from the band on their website. “We had such an amazing response to our latest album, we’re super grateful for that and we actually recorded more tracks than we could fit on it.” The ever affable 5 piece laughs, “We’re always being asked when there’ll be new songs, so…ask and ye shall receive as we love to give our fans more as they deserve it!”

The EP coincides with an appearance at NWOCR Live fest 3 and their 10th anniversary UK tour taking in some of their favourite grass roots venues that have seen them thrill audiences and gain new fans over the years with ticket on sale now.

Founding guitarists Fred Hale and Andy “Moose” Muse enthuse “What an absolutely amazing 10 years we have had. When we first had the idea to put the band together we would never have imagined what we were getting ourselves into! We have been able to tour and play festivals in Europe and right across the UK alongside many of the greatest rock artists that inspired us, and most of the brightest stars of the current rock scene, many of whom we now class as peers and friends. Has it really been 10 years? Hell yeah!”

Going on further, the ever energetic and engaging frontman Russ Grimmett reflectively opens up “Come the end of 2022, I was in a VERY dark place. Losing my hero suddenly (my dad) and going through months of not really knowing who I was or where I wanted to be. 8 months later I was asked to audition for a band I’d only recently heard of…it turned out to be exactly what I needed and exactly where I was meant to be. The boys took me in with the biggest arms, warmest hearts and we can’t wait to celebrate with all our fans and new ones on the road.”

2024 has seen the band of brothers tipped for success by Classic Rock Magazine, featuring in their “Hot List” of artists with their 3rd album The Detail Is In The Devil receiving an avalanche of exemplary reviews across the board. Hailing from Bristol UK they have established themselves as one of the most popular live acts on the current original hard rock scene gracing the stages of high profile UK and European festivals in Planet Rock Winter’s End, Call Of The Wild, Maid of Stone, Bully-On-The-Rocks and more. With a reputation built on a solid foundation of extensive live touring (including with rock royalty in FM, Grand Slam, Molly Hatchet), they are armed with blistering live performances and a passion for creating exceptional new rock music. These boys uniquely manage to mix a lot of fun and humility with a deep appreciation for their audience and a deadly serious commitment to creating authentic, well crafted songs. Joining the party on tour, the young and incendiary Kit Trigg consists of 3 long-time friends who write classic rock for the present day, have received airplay on Planet Rock and hold a captivating live show making them the perfect special guests.
