Wave Chase are a 5 piece indie rock band hailing from the south coast. Always bringing fun and energy to their live shows, they never fail to get the crowd moving!
Formed in 2018, Wave Chase consists of George Kingman (vocals, guitar), Tim Baldwin (vocals, bass guitar), Mickey Golicher (guitar), Charlie Cane (drums) and Sam Ruthen (keyboard).
Having graced stages across the country, including local legendary venues The Anvil, 60 Million Postcards and The Old Fire Station, supporting The Magic Gang; they’re also performing at the Bournemouth O2 Academy on Thursday 29 June, supporting renowned rock band, Reef.

Join us for an exciting new showcase of local musicians, held right here at our Kingland store in the heart of Poole. We’ll be hosting the best new indie music from 6:30 until 9 on the last Saturday of each month, commencing on the 24th June. Bands will be confirmed closer to the date.
Expect to discover lots of new music from bands we know you’ll love, and of course our friends next door at Viper Gin will be serving drinks – What more could you want?
To support our lovely artists, your £5 entry fee will go entirely to the performers, as well as giving you £5 off to spend in our Kingland store.
Generous, we know! Don’t hang around though, as it’ll only be valid for a month.
