News: The Kut Announce Acoustic In-Store dates And UK Tour

The brand new album GRIT is coming out on 8th July and The Kut be heading out on tour, first to some Acoustic In-Store dates at music retail outlets HMV and FOPP store – and then for a full band tour from 21st July. They are also announcing the first leg of their 9 date GRIT tour. Maha and the band are all so excited for the release of “GRIT” and a tour is a perfect way to see it in. The sophomore album “GRIT” is the musical amalgamation of The Kut journey so far. On record, The Kut leads on vocals & guitar, moonlighting as drummer & bassist on two tracks. It speaks to those channelling self-belief & self-identity – it’s a pep-talk on trusting your instinct & leads through the process of cutting the ropes, as heard in “Burn Your Bridges” & choosing your passion, in “Runaways” & “On My Own”. You glimpse the light at end of the tunnel too, in “Fun When You’re Winning” & the gratitude expressed in “Satellite”, while the closing punk-rock “And 1 More…” sees in the new dawn. It’s 10 tracks also include the recent hit single ‘ANIMO’.
