Taff Salter or Thomas “Taff” Morse as most people know him; is a member of Hawkeye Houlihan’s band ‘Milk Machine’, a solo singer-song/writer, former member of goth band “Vampyre Heart”, festival host, and the number one fan of popular folk band the Bonsai Pirates. This month on’ National suicide Prevention Day’ he has released a song in memory of a good friend Kieran Blunden who he lost to suicide. The single “Goodbye” has been released on all major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, Deezer, and YouTube Music.
The song is a fitting tribute to a man taken too soon and a song that has been written to raise awareness of mental health and suicide. Taff provides some heart-breaking real hard-hitting lyrics with an emotive musical background combining electric and acoustic guitars. The message is “JUST BECAUSE YOUR STRUGGLING IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE FAILING………PLEASE TALK TO SOMEONE”, it’s in most people’s good nature to want to help, speak to a teacher, parent, friend, relative anyone you feel comfortable speaking to, you don’t have to go through it alone.
