The Qemists describe themselves as Drum ‘n Bass, Rock Grimeyness, and to be honest that’s pretty accurate. They’re hard to categorise into any one genre which means that there’s something for everyone in their sets.
The Butserfest audience had high expectations and the band didn’t let them down. They’re captivating, not just musically but there’s always something to look at on stage. In fact, it’s hard to keep an eye on all the action! They played a flawless set and won over everyone when they lifted a couple of small buys onto the stage to join them for the last few songs.
