Three members of Poole based band “Eleven XI” came along to the Hope Fm studio to tell us about their much anticipated debut album “Look At The Time”.
The album started off life after the band got together and produced a few demos recorded in a kitchen of one of their houses. The band started gigging regularly around the local venues of Dorset including a packed gig at Mr Kyps and a slot at last years “Grooves On The Green”. Front man and song writer Paul Reade has been in a host of bands before and admits to wearing his heart on his sleeve as to where the influences from his music comes from. There are all sorts of styles such as Pop, Rock, Funk and Reggae coming out on a variety of songs that all each have a very individual sound, with no one number sounding the same.
Band members Carly and Paul performed live in the studio a trio of specially arranged acoustic tracks including a brand new song called “Truly Divine” which does not appear on the album. The exclusive videos of the three songs can be seen below.
