The Larderhouse

Yellowgroove have teamed up with Artist Insight and the Larderhouse to organise a series of Sunday afternoon sessions of live acoustic music in the Larder House in Southbourne. Once a month we’re going to be putting on an intimate and friendly gathering at the Larder House which will feature some of Dorsetís best musicians as well as invited guests from further afield.
The aim of the event is to provide a cool place to relax and hang out with friends and likeminded people on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The Larder House serve fantastic food and an eclectic and unusual range of drinks to sample. We will also be recording and filming each event and these sessions will be publically available on the Artist Insight blog with the intention of promoting both artists and local businesses.
The first of these sessions will be on Sunday 24th June and will be a bit of a launch evening for something that we hope will only improve over time! Weíre really excited about putting something different on especially at a location as great and quirky as the Larder House. If you donít know how to get there, here is a link on google maps. You can get the Yellowbus 1b from Stand O in the centre of Bournemouth, just off the square. Take the one at 17.00 and itíll stop right by the Larder House on Southbourne high street.
The evening will start at 17.30 and there is a charge of £2 on the door, this is to help fund the travel expenses of the performers who are coming from as far as London and Bristol to play.
