Death Of An Artist unleash their debut album “X” on 4 June and to celebrate the release they are giving you the opportunity to hear it first at The Old Fire Station, Bournemouth.
Death of an Artist (Also known as DOAA) started writing melodic/post-hardcore music in April 2009. After gaining a bass player in August 2009 and a screamer in Jan 2010, the band have changed they’re sound from completely melodic post-hardcore, to a more heavier, epic edge. taking influences from underoath, saosin, emarosa, thrice, and alexisonfire, this band has used different styles into they’re music to create a heavy, yet melodic sound. Having everything from epic vocals, to heavy beat-downs.
